On the upcoming BloMo, 15. of February we will have Robert Kopitsch giving us some insights from Brussels. In his talk, he will explain how the latest developments in the blockchain industry are perceived from an EU-Perspective and how politics are reacting to them. The talk is meant for people interested in the intersection of blockchain technology and European regulation / Politics.

Robert Kopitsch the Financial Services, FinTech, and Blockchain Lead Europe at the Public Relations Agency APCO Worldwide. As a Trainee, he started working in the European Parliament and now continues to be well connected and working within European Politics in Brussels. For 2 years now, he is also the Secretary-General at Blockchain for Europe, an Initiative that represents international Blockchain industry players at EU-level. At Blockchain for Europe, they proactively contribute to the debate by supporting European decision-makers in their goal to make Blockchain a success.
