Data for crypto markets is unorganised, unstandardised and scattered. There is crypto financial data from multiple exchanges, news from news sources, social media data and crypto asset-specific data from whitepapers. Collecting the data in different formats, normalising, standardising and making sense of this data is a challenge for any technology provider (eg. Wealth Management Platform provider, Algo Trader, Index Fund Provider, etc.).
Dr. Gökçe Phillips and her team provide institutional-grade, AI-driven data, analytics and trading tools for Crypto Markets with the aim of speeding up the data collection, normalisation, trading and portfolio analysis processes for all the interested parties.
In this talk, Dr. Phillips is going to explore the challenges and potential solutions in data, trading and portfolio analytics processes in Crypto Markets with a specific focus on Technology/Service Providers.

Dr. Gökçe Phillips is the CEO and Co-founder of CryptoIndexSeries. CryptoIndexSeries provides institutional-grade, AI driven data, analytics and trading tools for Crypto Markets. Dr. Phillips has a keen interest in Blockchain, Crypto Currencies & Token Economics, and delivers customised workshops and talks frequently in relevant conferences.
Having completed her MSc and PhD in Software Engineering in the UK, she has worked in the IT, Finance, Energy and Shipping industry as a Software Engineer, Project Manager and Team leader in Switzerland, the UK, Turkey and Dubai.
She co-founded Projesium, a consultancy firm focusing on EU projects as well as Blockchain and Crypto-fintech projects. Her current focus, also as the CEO of Crypto Index Series, is crypto data coverage, benchmarks, indices and relevant indicators.
